Term: The terms set forth below shall be for the duration of the instructional services purchased.
Session Cancellation: Students must contact A M Professional Tutoring for all cancellations and/or rescheduling. We require 24 hours notice to cancel a session. You will be charged for the cost of the session if notice is not given 24 hrs prior to cancellation and/or rescheduling. Tardiness: The tutor will wait for you for up to 30 mins from the scheduled start time. If the student is not available within 30 mins of the scheduled start time, you will be responsible for the cost of the session. Solicitation of A M Professional Tutoring Instructors: Tutors contracted through AM Professional Tutoring have agreed, in writing, that they are not allowed to accept direct employment or referrals from A M Professional Tutoring clients. Solicitation of services with an A M Professional Tutoring instructor, except thourgh A M Professional Tutoring, will result in legal action and damages. In the event any action is brought to enforce this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs of enforcement including, without limiation, attorney's fees and court costs. Jurisdiction: This Agreement and the Parties' actions under this Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to conflict of law principles. Any dispute under this Agreement must be brought in a state court in Broward County or federal court within the Southern District of Florida and no other venue. The parties to this Agreement expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts within the State of Florida. Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled at least one [1] week in advance. |
