The College Board has recently released the "Official SAT Study Guide" for the "new" SAT. This edition contains 4 practice tests! But you don't need to buy this study guide because all 4 tests along with the answers & explanations can be found on Khan Academy's website.

For the ACT, "The Real ACT Prep Guide," is great because it contains 5 real ACT tests & provides the answers & explanations to all the test questions.
